With over 30 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits sector and serving as the President and Owner of Morgan & Franz Insurance & Administrative Services, Mary Jane is a seasoned expert assisting businesses achieve financial security. She and her staff are available to serve your every insurance and business financial need.

Mary Jane has been Involved in several associations including the Association of General Contractors, serving as the District Director of the Women Construction Owners and Executives, (Inland Empire Chapter). This work led her to taking a personal interest and dedication in Taft-Hartley funds and made her a specialist in union trusts.

Additionally, Mary Jane is the founding president of the Inland Empire Association of Health Underwriters (IEAHU). Under her direction the IEAHU became the fastest growing chapter In the history of the National Association.

Career Highlights

1981 – 1984
As Field Underwriter for Crown Life Insurance, identified the completion of life applications from applicants and wrote policies that covered these risks.


As Life and Health Agent, joined the Morgan & Franz sales staff.


Purchased partnership in Morgan & Franz. As founding President of Inland Empire Health Underwriters, brought health Insurance agents and carriers together to advocate for fair and ethical industry practices, as well as well as public and health agent education.


As a Consultant, expanded agency operations to include a Taft-Hartley Trust plan for health and welfare benefits in California. Mary Jane began a 10-year buyout from Robert Franz.


As President of Morgan & Franz, continued to increase sales, service, and staff in additional territories; became consultant for a Taft-Hartley Trust plan in Nevada.



As Administrator, started full claims adjudication, pension hour banking administration. As Administrator, began administration of three Taft-Hartley Trust plans in California.



Became a Certified Women Owned Business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).



Approved by the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
